The Eagle canal boats
Design
The Alvechurch Eagle is a 66ft long, 7 berth cruiser stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.
Saloon
Radio/CD player, colour TV/DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces. Also supplied are a microwave; toaster and Cafetiere
Bathroom
There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and a shower or hip bath/shower, and a 240v shaver socket.
Berth
As this is a 7 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in the centre cabin, and a fixed double or two singles, one with an optional top bunk in the forward cabin. Important: The high level beds have a weight limit of 10 stone or 63Kg and may not be used above a double bed. These beds have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/double is available in the saloon.
Electric
12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

Facilities
There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is a double-filtered drinking water system. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedrooms.
