The Ufton canal boats
Design
The Reading Ufton is a 62ft long, 6 berth semi-traditional stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.
Saloon
Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces. Also supplied are a microwave; toaster and filter coffee machine.
Bathroom
One bathroom with hand basin, flush toilet, and shower. 240v shaver socket plus separate second flush toilet.
Berth
As this is a 6 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in both the forward and centre cabins. These beds have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/double or two single berths is available in the saloon. Please be aware
Electric
There is 240v electricity supply. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

There is full radiator central heating on the boat and a traditional solid fuel stove. There is carpeting throughout the boat.
